Job Title :

Administrative Assistants

Job Responsibilities :

1.Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel or meeting areas.

2.Answering and managing incoming calls, taking messages, and routing calls to the correct departments or individuals.

3.Managing the front desk and reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for guests and clients.

4.Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

5.Handling administrative tasks such as mail distribution, filing, and data entry and document management.

6.Providing general assistance to employees with office-related inquiries or needs.

7.Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

8.Upholding company security protocols by monitoring and logging visitor access.

9.Assisting with event planning and logistics as needed.

10.Performing other administrative duties as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the company.

Job Requirements :

1.Educational Qualifications : Hold a diploma or higher in related fields.

2.Experience : Not mandatory, but having relevant workers and HR or Finance knowledge is preferred.

3.Communication and coordination : Exhibit excellent communication and coordination skills, effectively engaging in internal and external negotiations.

4.Language proficiency : Be fluent in Bahasa, English and Mandarin, able to read and write.

Work image : In order to show a good company image, professional clothing and makeup are necessary.

Work enthusiasm : Be positive, friendly and patient.

Work location :

China Energy, Level 18, Menara IMC, Suite 3A.2, Level 3A, No.8, Jln Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Working hours :

Monday to Friday (except public holidays and 13 : 30 - 18 : 00

Paid annual leave according to years of service.
