Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Oversee new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts or address employee concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Performance Management
- Develop and maintain performance management processes such as performance reviews and goal setting.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting evaluations and offering feedback to employees.
- Training and Development
- Identify training needs and work to develop appropriate learning programs for employees.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, and continuing education programs.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Assist with the development and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure that compensation packages are competitive and equitable.
- Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, industry standards, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation for all HR activities.
- HR Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Analyze employee data and trends to make data-driven HR decisions.
