Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at STAR GALVANISING SERVICES (M) SDN BHD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients in the Sungai Buloh Selangor area.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to expand our customer base
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
• Accurately forecast sales, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential customers
• Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide detailed reports
