Responsible for handling procedures such as employee onboarding, probation completion, transfer, and separation.
Manage relevant HR work related to employment contract signing, renewal, amendment, filing, etc.
Responsible for the full process operation of employee social insurance and housing provident fund, and follow up on policy changes to ensure compliance with company social insurance and housing provident fund operations.
Compile employee attendance data and handle abnormal attendance records.
Responsible for the company's industrial and commercial registration management, maintaining various license files of the company; coordinating with government departments such as industry and commerce, taxation, etc., to maintain good relationships.
Responsible for administrative support, including daily administrative tasks, event reception support, etc.
Complete other administrative tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or other related fields
Familiar with the company's startup phase from 0 to 1
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a must
Responsible, detail-oriented, and strong in execution
