Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of project activities from planning / implementation / execution / completion
- Manage, lead and control multi-projects.
- Oversee day-today project activities to ensure eventual certification of system and equipment supplied to customer.
- Direct interface with customers and sub-contractors throughout the project including organising project meetings, technical presentations, contract / design reviews, and progress reports to Management or customer review.
- Liaise / support / manage suppliers and sub-contractors to complete system or equipment installation works.
- Ensure commitment to customers by liaising on-time-delivery performance at all phases of project.
- Collect feedback on customer’s experience or product quality issues.
- Prepare and manage all safety inclusive of Work Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work and other permits associated with the work.
- Commissioning activities as planned and ensure equipment works according to its specification.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve faults on Faeth’s products at customer’s site both local and overseas.
- Prepare / collect / review / manage / maintain project documentation for system / equipment FAT.
- Review project targets ensuring within budget, schedule timeframe and perform risk analysis and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Ensure on-site safety and in accordance with site and company EHS requirements.
- Upon project completion, assist in postmortem meeting to evaluate project results / problems and recommend improvements.
Sales Related
Support and work with Project Sales Manager with the preparation of technical / commercial proposal and develop competitive pricing strategy.Manage proposals through effective collaboration with proposal / technical teams and supporting vendors.Build and maintain client relations.Requirements
Diploma / degree in Engineering (preferably in mechanical / chemical).Minimum 3 years’ experience with project planning / management / sourcing / technical knowledge.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.Able to communicate and interact with all levels and work cross functionally.Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Willingness to travel and be site based for project.#J-18808-Ljbffr
