PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project activities from planning / implementation / execution / completion
• Manage, lead and control multi-projects.
• Oversee day-today project activities to ensure eventual certification of system and equipment supplied to customer.
• Direct interface with customers and sub-contractors throughout the project including organising project meetings, technical presentations, contract / design reviews, and progress reports to Management or customer review.
• Liaise / support / manage suppliers and sub-contractors to complete system or equipment installation works.
• Ensure commitment to customers by liaising on-time-delivery performance at all phases of project.
• Collect feedback on customer’s experience or product quality issues.
• Prepare and manage all safety inclusive of Work Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work and other permits associated with the work.
• Commissioning activities as planned and ensure equipment works according to its specification.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve faults on Faeth’s products at customer’s site both local and overseas.
• Prepare / collect / review / manage / maintain project documentation for system / equipment FAT.
• Review project targets ensuring within budget, schedule timeframe and perform risk analysis and take corrective actions if necessary.
• Ensure on-site safety and in accordance with site and company EHS requirements.
• Upon project completion, assist in postmortem meeting to evaluate project results / problems and recommend improvements.
