Overview
The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks, with a particular focus on managing Excel spreadsheets and PPT. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Excel Management and Reporting :
Download and update data daily.
Clean and organize raw data into comprehensive reports.Use advanced Excel functions for data analysis and report generation.Ensure accuracy and integrity of Excel documents.Create visual data presentations with charts and pivot tables.Marketing Team Support :Assist with daily administrative tasks.
Record and maintain marketing data.Support reporting and data entry tasks.Streamline administrative processes for efficiency.General Administrative Support :Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for executives and staff.Prepare reports, presentations, and other meeting documents.Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.Oversee office supplies inventory and ordering.Provide support and assistance to team members.Requirements and Qualifications
Better with experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.Diploma or degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.Additional Information
