Job descriptionThe ideal candidate would have some working experience within an administrative operational role. Malaysians (Female) who are energetic, enthusiastic and pro-active driven persons. Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or even Finance. Possess strong operational and administrative experience gained within any sector. High level of numeracy, computer literacy. Strong communication skills with proficiency in multilingual language skills. Be able to be based at Petaling Jaya in Selangor.
Overview
Position title : Administration Executive.
Position type : Permanent; Full-time.
Salary : RM .
Location : Petaling Jaya (5-day week), Selangor.
This is a multi-level marketing company, leader in network marketing industry with established a large network of distributors throughout Malaysia. The company brand has a range of scientifically backed colostrum health and nutritional products / supplements marketed across Asia-Pacific region. Currently they are looking for a female Administration Executive to be based at their Malaysian corporate headquarters in Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational administrative support.
- Manage product registration with Ministry of Health.
- Handling inbound calls from customers to process orders of entitlement.
- Process stock orders.
