Role Specific Responsibilities
Data Management responsibilities include :
- Interface Data Monitoring – Monitors interfaces for area of responsibility (from Workday to downstream systems and vice versa). Ensures successful completion and delivery of the data, troubleshoots data issues, and makes data updates as needed.
- HR Data and Analysis – Produces, interprets and maintains HR data information (Workday) provided to the business via various methods and sources, including integrated system reporting tools. Continuously reviews this against business priorities and stakeholder requirements.
- HR Data Efficiencies and Solutions – Provides leadership and consistency of data quality and process improvements to ensure robust processes and audit activities, working with key stakeholders to maintain data quality.
- Issues Resolution – Gathers details about data issues, tests and troubleshoots to find recommended resolution, and communicates with end users. Works with the HRSS team for technical issue resolution on interfaces and data feeds, and with vendors to resolve issues.
- Master Data Management – Has good understanding of Workday setup and functionality, including organizational set up and security, HR data interaction with non‑HR systems (e.g., Snapshot) and applying global principles while meeting local needs. Provides guidance to the business and operational users.
- Projects – Manages work streams for large HR data projects and manages projects for small to medium HR data projects. Runs reports and ensures the system is updated and accurate at all times.
- Helps the HR Ops team improve processes by removing redundancies and irrelevant steps, such as the resignation process.
- Works with the Workday global team to simplify processes.

Degree in Business or another relevant degree.Good analytical abilities and attention to detail.Knowledge of HR systems (Workday).Minimum Years Experience Required
At least 2 years in a HR Operations / HR Shared Services role.
