Key Responsibilities :
1. Achieve Workshop Targets
- Responsible for achieving targeted workshop productivity, efficiency, and labour sales through effective utilization of the 3-in-1 system as a management tool.
- Collaborate with service advisors to align customer needs with offerings to boost revenue per repair order and overall branch profitability.
2. Service Campaigns & Technical Reporting
Ensure prompt submission of well-documented special service campaigns, technical reports, and Fix-It-Right programs.Monitor accuracy and completeness of reports in accordance with distributor requirements.3. Workshop Operations Management
Monitor and manage the daily operations of the Body & Paint (B&P) workshop.Ensure smooth workflow, optimal resource allocation, and timely completion of jobs.4. Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with Toyota Body & Paint standard operating procedures.Implement quality control measures and maintain audit readiness.5. Marketing & Network Expansion
Strategize and execute marketing activities to support B&P targets.Expand and manage the spotter network to increase job intake and visibility.6. 3-in-1 System Utilization
Effectively utilize the 3-in-1 system to monitor work-in-progress (WIP), parts backorders, follow-ups, appointments, and service reminders.Drive system discipline across teams for operational excellence.7. Cross-Functional Coordination
Ensure effective liaison on operational and administrative matters with internal departments and external suppliers.Foster teamwork to ensure timely and cost-efficient operations.8. Undertake Ad-Hoc Duties as Assigned
Undertake any other assignments as required.Perform additional duties assigned by superiors when necessary.Qualifications for Manager (Body & Paint)
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Admin or equivalent.
Must be hands on, detail oriented and dedicated.
Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
Good understanding of customer segmentation and demographics.
Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
Fluent written and spoken in English & Bahasa Melayu.
Customer oriented with ability to interact with people effectively.
Dynamic interpersonal skills with ability to manage the team.
Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
