- Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Mandarin and ENGLISH (C1)Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities1 year experience in Customer Service and financial industryPrevious experience in a contact centre or customer service role is a plusA minimum DIPLOMA qualificationWorking Hours : Sun - Thu, 1.30pm - 10.30pmJob Benefits
