About the Role
This position takes up the responsibility of administration work at Gap Taiwan. This role communicates and works closely with every function of Taiwan. It manages contracts, company chops, ad hoc banking requirements, and statutory request. It also supports Taiwan Country Manager in terms of daily schedule and general administration including preparation of meeting document.
What You'll Do
- Contract Management
- Manage all physical hard copies in a storage location in Taipei. Collaborate with stakeholders, particularly Real
Estate, Sourcing and Legal, to maintain contract management systems (including scanning physical documents
into shared location) to ensure compliance with Gap Inc retention policy. Support audit requests, as necessary.
Company ChopManage BP requests and seek approval from Taiwan Rep Director. Maintain chop process and keep a log of choprequests for audit purposes. Keep the physical chop in secure location within the Taipei office.
Support Revenue Accounting in ad hoc communication with landlords to reconcile store sales statements and FapiaosSupport ad hoc banking and statutory requestsLocal contact for Tax Bureau, Banks, and Auditors on ad hoc basis, to resolve any open issues with Finance teamSupport HR with financial reconciliations for Welfare Committee (legally required)Manage and support Stamp Tax requirementsManage and support Flagship / Standalone stores invoices and legally required certificates (fapiao)Administration and CoordinationAssist the Country Manager with Daily schedule coordination and general administrationPrepare meeting documents, presentations, and minutes, and follow up on action items.Who You Are
