Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards in accordance with regulations. Provide excellent customer service and effective communication with restaurant guests. Manage restaurant and kitchen bills and cash flow, make bank deposits, and keep accurate records of revenue. Prepare weekly reports and handle customer complaints, resolving issues in a peaceful and professional manner. Know beverages including fresh drinks, wines, cocktails and mocktails. Kitchen crew should understand skills of cutting, preparation and follow instructions set by the Chef. Application questions
