Digital Marketing Specialist

Job descriptionWork closely with regional and local marketing teams to adapt global campaigns into locally relevant content. Collaborate and coordinate with the creative team or agency partners for content production (where needed). Ensure all digital activities are consistent with the company's brand voice and guidelines. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. 2 - 4 years of experience managing social media accounts and digital ad campaigns (agency experience preferred). Deep knowledge of social media platforms and their ad management tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). Proven ability to set up, run, and optimise paid social campaigns end-to-end. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Excel / Sheets. Excellent understanding of audience targeting, media planning, and performance metrics. Comfortable managing multiple clients / campaigns with different goals and timelines. Experience with Google Ads, programmatic media, or SEO. Familiarity with CRM tools and retargeting strategies. Strong copywriting and content development skills with basic design / video tools such as Canva and Capcut. Experience managing influencers or KOL partnerships is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create and publish engaging content (static, video, stories, reels etc.) across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions to build community engagement.
- Own and manage paid media campaigns - from setup, targeting, budgeting, and bidding to optimisation and reporting.
- Define and track KPIs for each platform; analyse performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage ad spends efficiently across platforms based on performance targets.
- Stay updated on the latest social trends, algorithms, and platform updates to maximise reach and engagement.
