to lead our Malaysian operations, drive market growth, and ensure brand excellence. Key Responsibilities

Lead business strategy and expansion plans for Richeese Factory in Malaysia. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service quality and operational efficiency. Manage financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization. Build and develop a strong local team while promoting a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with local food safety and operational standards. Strengthen brand presence through effective marketing and promotional initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in senior management within the

QSR or F&B retail

industry. Proven track record in multi-store operations, market entry, and business growth. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Deep understanding of Malaysian F&B market and regulatory environment. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Why Join Us?
