Job Responsibilities
- Attend to existing corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Open new accounts by proactively approaching and engaging potential dealers.
- Track and analyse dealers' monthly performance to ensure eligibility for performance benefits.
- Handle warranty and shipping inquiries from dealers, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by dealers to maintain a high level of service satisfaction.
- Disseminate the latest promotions, product launches, and marketing materials to dealers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues within your area of expertise.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the dealership team and overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in using business software and Microsoft Office Suite.Previous experience in account management or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel to meet with dealers as needed.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Seniority level
