Ecommerce Manager

( We are looking for a proactive and analytical

eCommerce Manager

to join our Commercial team. This role plays a vital part in the success of our product assortment, campaign execution, supplier relationships, and inventory planning and purchasing. You will work closely with internal teams and external brand partners to ensure we have the right products, at the right price, in the right quantity—at all times.

Managing day to day e-commerce operations which includes brand.com, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok. Liaising with suppliers in terms of trade deals, negotiating marketing supports, ensuring stocks are delivered on time. Liaising with digital marketing on how to scale up ads performance, not limited to continuously improvising UIUX of the platform. Managing and allocating ads effectively and strategically for marketplaces platforms. Plan our monthly / quarterly marketing campaign and oversees social media postings calendar. Prepare weekly / monthly sales and marketing report and direct report to top management. Liaising with creative designer team on visual assets and ensure that visuals are provided to respective stakeholders promptly within the lead time. Generating ideas and brainstorm along with the team on improvising organic traffics across e-commerce platforms and linking it with ads support to leverage and maximise performance.
