Overview You’ll support end-to-end land matters across undeveloped land banks—covering SBKS processes, development approvals, land alienation, and compulsory land acquisition—while driving sustainable interim revenue through estate management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Engage tenants on rental status and ensure land lease payments are settled before due dates.
Process revenue accurately and on time in line with AOP approvals.
Prepare and submit land-related documentation in accordance with procedures and timelines.
Collaborate with Finance to produce timely and accurate financial reports.
Monitor undeveloped land to identify encroachment risks; keep sites free from squatters and illegal activities.
Assist with enforcement / eviction exercises to strengthen land security.
Conduct site surveillance and ensure tenants and oil-palm contractors comply with agreement terms and conditions.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
Diploma / Certificate in
Land Management, Surveying, Town Planning, Valuation, or Estate Management .
5+ years
of experience with a
property developer / development company .
Strong stakeholder management, documentation accuracy, and on-ground surveillance discipline.
