Weareseekinganexperiencedandstrategic CountryManager toleadJDLogistics’operationsin SingaporeandMalaysia .Thisrolewillberesponsiblefordevelopingandexecutingthecountry-levelbusinessstrategy,overseeinglogisticsoperations,drivingbusinessgrowth,andensuringoperationalexcellence.Theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongbackgroundinlogistics,supplychainmanagement,ande-commerce,withprovenleadershipexperienceinmanagingteamsandbusinessexpansioninSoutheastAsia. Key Responsibilities : OperationalLeadership : Overseeend-to-endlogisticsoperations,includingwarehousing,fulfillment,transportation,andlast-miledelivery. P&LManagement : Driveprofitabilitybyoptimizingoperationalcosts,improvingefficiency,andmanagingfinancialperformance. MarketDevelopment : Identifynewbusinessopportunities,partnerships,andkeyclientstostrengthenJDLogistics’marketposition. RegulatoryCompliance : Ensurealllogisticsandbusinessoperationscomplywithlocallaws,industryregulations,andcorporatepolicies. StakeholderEngagement : Collaboratewithinternalteams,localgovernmentagencies,partners,andclientstoenhanceserviceofferingsandoperationalcapabilities. KeyQualifications : Education : Bachelor'sdegreeinLogistics,SupplyChainManagement,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.MBApreferred. Experience : ProventrackrecordofdrivingbusinessgrowthandmanagingP&Linafast-pacedenvironment. Experienceworkingwithinternationallogisticsnetworksandlast-miledeliverysolutions. Strongbusinessacumenandstrategicthinking. Excellentleadership,communication,andnegotiationskills. Fluencyin English isrequired;proficiencyin Mandarin isaplusforcommunicationwithheadquarters.
