Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As a Sales Manager - Travel Agent, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract and retain travel agency clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be required to monitor market trends, perform competitor analysis, and partake in promotional activities to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills : Experience in developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships.
• Marketing and Promotional skills : Knowledge of marketing trends, market analysis, and experience in conducting promotional activities.
• Communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities tailored to engaging with clients and presenting sales pitches.
• Interpersonal skills : Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Customer Service skills : Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a high standard of service.
• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field beneficial.
