Job Responsibilities
1) Client Communication : Manage client communications, maintain relationships, and assist with
inquiries.
2) Handle administrative tasks related to accounts, including invoicing, documentation, and record-
keeping.
3) Support the Key Account Manager in achieving sales targets by planning, coordinating, and
executing promotional programs.
4) Support in identifying and pursuing new opportunities for account growth.
5) Developing promotional strategy in customers, and promotional execution (including trade
budget management, range and space optimisation
Requirement
1) A least 3 years of experience in Modern Trade Channel managing Key Accounts / Chain Pharmacy
2) Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level in a commercial subject or any relevant field.
3) Experience of influencing and engaging in customer organisations.
4) Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
5) Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
6) Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing
and customers and internal teams.
7) Strong commercial understanding of business issues / opportunities.
8) Analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
