Job descriptionDegree in Business, Marketing or similar discipline. Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in related field and in similar capacity. Excellent Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills. Strong Follow Up Skills, and Good Public Relation Skills is Required, to maintain Key Account Relation. Strong business sense and industry knowledge. Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) that regards data analysis, visual presentation and word documentation drafting. Time management, organizational and strategic thinking skills. Effective team leadership and coaching abilities. Highly self- driven, detail-oriented, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities :
- Develop marketing strategies, manage key account team sales performance, and achieve KPIs.
- Plan and conduct product trainings for retail staff.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product teams on campaigns, events, and roadshows to build brand awareness and grow market share.
- Provide market insights to support strategic marketing plans and A&P activities, and monitor implementation.
- Build and sustain strong customer networks, explore new key accounts (hospital and chain pharmacies), and review account performance regularly.
- Monitor incentive contracts, stock movement, market hygiene, and collection status to minimize disputes and late payments.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and provide timely market feedback and reports.
- Recruit, train, and appraise key account team members to ensure a productive and effective workforce.
