About the role
Oriental United Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations, ensuring efficient and effective office management.
What you'll be doing
- Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organisation
- Answering and directing phone calls, as well as responding to inquiries from clients and colleagues
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules
- Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and inventory
- Providing support for various projects and tasks as needed
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project records throughout the project lifecycle to guarantee completeness of documents at the time of final acceptance and handover.
- Responsible for collecting and filing material test reports and inspection records for the project.
