Job Description
- Manage migration of activities from Australia to SBS center
- Business Relationship Manager and Single point of contact who represent all SBS services in its center / geographical scope for its regional stakeholders.
- Accountable for SBS center performance
- Identify, organize, prioritize business needs and organize SBS services, processes, and organization to meet and / or exceed business needs.
- Contribute to fit strategy with area / regional priorities
- Educate business stakeholders about the SBS opportunities
- Drive adoption of SBS services
- Implements projects within scope of services delivered by SBS center
- Keep looking for automation and modernization, aiming at efficiency gains and process improvement.
- Identify opportunities for the absorption of activities by the SBS location, which can add value to the business and optimize costs for the company.
- Promote synergy between SBS locations around the world, identifying opportunities to share and leverage best practices.
- Resolves issues regarding end-to-end performance, deviations from project implementation and non-compliance with global process, data, technology, compliance standards within scope of services delivered.
- Manage, train, and develop the local SBS team.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in SSCs, Global Business Services or Shared Business servicesAt least 8 years managing (directly or indirectly) multicultural teamsPrevious experience in migrating activities to Shared business center is preferredAdditional Information
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and communicate with all levels within the organizationStrong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication, collaboration, and management skills both up / down andFluent English is mandatoryWhat We Offer
