Job Responsibilities :
- Greet guests courteously to create a positive and welcoming first impression.
- Assist and guide training participants during registration and refreshment sessions, and address their enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service.
- Coordinate the preparation and setup of refreshments for training sessions and meetings.
- Handle administrative procedures related to training activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets).
- Prepare training classrooms and ensure they are properly set up and equipped.
- Develop, review, and distribute training materials such as instructional notes and feedback forms.
- Answer incoming customer calls, redirect them to the appropriate departments, or accurately record and relay messages.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.1–2 years of working experience in a related field; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Prior experience in a training center is an added advantage.Proficient in HRD Corp procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.Able to multi-task, manage time effectively, and demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional development.A proactive team player with good self-discipline and the ability to work independently when required.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
