Senior Manager – HR Insights & Reporting

Location :

Bangalore , India / Malaysia

We are seeking a Senior Manager – HR Insights & Reporting to lead our HR analytics initiatives, ensuring best-in-class reporting, insightful workforce analysis, and an exceptional BI user experience. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between different data domains , and Business Leaders through data-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, ensuring an intuitive and informative user experience.

Who You Are

Proven experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven HR reporting. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels. Hands-on experience in managing large-scale HR data projects and aligning HR metrics with business outcomes. Work in a high-impact role where your insights directly influence business strategy.
