Your Impact & Opportunity :

Drive Financial Efficiency :

Execute timely and high-quality invoice processing and job file management according to KPIs.

Ensure Profitability :

Verify rates meticulously to ensure invoice integrity, reduce disputes, and assure end-to-end profitability.

Be a Problem Solver :

Resolve invoicing queries and disputes effectively with customers and international branches.

Collaborate Globally :

Utilize strong communication skills to proactively address issues and meet urgent requirements.

You'll have opportunities to directly support international job tasks.

Own Your Workflow :

Plan workload efficiently and collaborate within the team and with external parties for smooth global operations.

What You Need to Succeed :

A minimum of a Diploma in a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;

equivalent relevant working experience is also valued.

Experience in international freight forwarding, invoicing, or costing is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you build rapport easily.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

Working proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with CW1 system is value add.

Fluency in both

written and spoken English and Mandarin

is essential to support international counterparts.
