Design and formulate new & improved existing products, from project creation to realization in production.
Plan, organize and oversee process or production trials.
Make improvements or modifications to current processes.
Ensure incoming material inspection, in-process control, outgoing inspection and all activities are compliant with MESTI and HACCP System.
Inspect cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment, plant and environment.
Formulate new production processes or stages within processes.
Manage laboratory operations including maintenance and calibration of equipment.
Continuously improve product quality and handling in product complaint.
Update all related government standard and Halal requirement.
Research new raw materials and evaluation.
Assist in preparing ingredient lists and nutrition fact information.
Perform other duties stipulated as per HACCP requirements.

Beryl’s Chocolate and Confectionery Sdn Bhd was created with one single aim – excellence. Since the company was established in 1995, our focus has been on producing the very best chocolates for both the local and global markets. Our first factory was set up in 1995 in the small town of Desa Serdang located at the southern zone of Kuala Lumpur. From humble beginnings, we started by manufacturing consumer pack chocolates sold mainly to duty free shops and supermarkets across the country. In 1998 we relocated and built a new factory in the Seri Kembangan Industrial Area, increasing our production lines to provide an even more diverse range of chocolate products to fulfil our promise for high quality and delicious chocolates to our customers.
