What you'll be doing
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hotel team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to guarantee seamless guest experiences
- Develop and implement effective policies, procedures and systems to optimise efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyse hotel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth
- Cultivate strong relationships with guests, employees and industry partners to enhance the hotel's reputation and market position
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
- Manage and develop a talented team of hospitality professionals, providing coaching, training and mentorship
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership roleProven track record of driving operational excellence, improving financial performance and enhancing guest satisfactionExceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamStrong commercial acumen and decision-making abilities to optimise hotel profitabilityExcellent problem-solving, multitasking and organisational skillsThorough understanding of hotel systems, budgeting, and revenue managementPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to the hospitality industry
