Job descriptionTo carry out administrative tasks within the company. To assist in office administration functions, including sourcing, purchasing, delivery arrangements, invoicing and billing, issuing letters, handling emails, and other related duties. To update and maintain systematic and accurate filing records of administrative correspondence and documents. To perform any other duties and responsibilities as required, on an ad-hoc basis. Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field. SPM Leaver / Diploma Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply. Must be able to support and arrange necessary items / services during events, including but not limited to festivals, religious events, etc. Meticulous to details and sensitive to numbers. Free parking
