Requirements

  • Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word)
  • Attention to details (e.g. numbers)
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Organizational Skill : Manage task and handle urgent dateline
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
  • Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge is Preferable.

Responsibility

  • Administrative Officer is responsible for the recordkeeping of sawmill processing documentation for the sawing of timber logs into rough lumber.
  • Tasks include –
  • Tallying the grading of timber under the supervision of the Quality Controller (QC)
  • Calculating the tally sheets and data entry into the database
  • Calculating the production records and data entry into the database
  • Data entry of incoming logs into the logbook, issuing delivery orders and invoices
  • Record keeping and maintenance of the PEFC Chain of Custody (CoC) records
  • Job Types : Full-time, New-Grad
