Job description

Responsibilities :

Responsible in preparation of subcontractors claim, monthly progress claim, site valuation, variation orders, and final account
Preparation of project budget and materials quantities required
Source for sub-contractors / suppliers for quotation for tendering, negotiate for competitive prices.
To assist in the preparation and submission of tendering quotations within the given timeframe
To assist in project materials administration & scheduling.
Participate in site measurement and site valuation with sub-contractors.
Others relevant job

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Construction or equivalent

Minimum 1 year(s) of project management and related experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficiency in MS Office and AUTOCAD

Required Skill(s) : Punctuality, Responsible, Time Management skills & Well Communication

Have your own transportation

Accurate in measurement / taking off.
