Job Responsibility

PENTADBIRAN : Menguruskan penggajian melalui sistem OPMS & Merchantrade; Merekod maklumat budget ke dalam sistem OPMS; Menyediakan laporan bulanan hasil dan gunatenaga MPOB melalui sistem e-Submission; Menyediakan laporan DOE melalui sistem e-SWISS; Menyediakan laporan bulanan OER, yield, cost & ERMS; Memperbaharui lesen air compressor (JKKP) dan permit diesel (KPDN) melalui sistem MYKKP dan BLESS; Mengurus hal kebajikan kakitangan seperti cuti, MC, OT melalui sistem Workday; Menyediakan dan menyelenggara fail RSPO, MSPO, HSE; Memantau aset tetap stesen termasuk penambahan dan pelupusan aset; Kewangan : Menyediakan baucar runcit dan memasukkan ke dalam sistem SKB / SAP; Perolehan : Menyediakan permohonan pembelian (P1) termasuk sebutharga, justifikasi dan dokumen sokongan (OPEX / CAPEX); Melakukan kemasukan data penerimaan barangan (MIGO GR) dalam sistem SAP; Menyelaras dokumen DO, PO & invois dengan HQ dan PPPTR; Stok : Menerima stok baja, racun & diesel dan merekod dalam sistem SAP (MIGO GR); Merekod pergerakan stok secara manual dan dalam sistem (SKB / SIC / BinKad); Menyediakan laporan stok bulanan. Job Requirements

Pentadbiran & Pematuhan Mahir dalam sistem penggajian, khususnya OPMS & Merchantrade Pengalaman dengan dan keupayaan untuk mengurus pelbagai sistem laporan, termasuk e-Submission, e-SWISS, MYKKP, dan BLESS Pengetahuan dan pengalaman dengan laporan DOE dan OER Mahir dengan sistem pengurusan sumber manusia seperti Workday Keupayaan untuk menyelenggara dan mengemaskini fail pentadbiran, terutamanya yang berkaitan dengan RSPO, MSPO, dan HSE Pengalaman dalam memantau dan mengurus aset syarikat (penambahan dan pelupusan) Kewangan & Perolehan Berkeupayaan dalam menyediakan dokumen kewangan seperti baucar runcit Pengalaman dengan perisian kewangan dan perolehan seperti SKB / SAP Pengetahuan tentang proses perolehan, termasuk penyediaan Permohonan Pembelian (P1) dengan dokumen sokongan Keupayaan untuk melakukan kemasukan data penerimaan barangan (MIGO GR) dalam SAP Pengalaman dalam menyelaras dokumen perolehan (DO, PO, Invois) dengan jabatan berkaitan Pengurusan Inventori & Stok Mahir dalam mengurus dan merekod pergerakan stok Pengalaman dengan merekod stok secara manual dan dalam sistem (SKB / SIC / BinKad) Keupayaan untuk menyediakan dan menghantar laporan stok bulanan Job Benefits
