Overview
We are expanding our business and headcount in the Accounting & Admin department. We are urgently seeking candidates who can handle basic accounting and administrative tasks, in addition to assisting with various administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations using accounting software
- Monitor & manage petty cash claims, including petty cash record.
- Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.
- At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is a must.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Responsible for general office support
- Training provided
- Able to work well under pressure
