Plays a crucial role in managing all change activities of the organization, governing and ensuring change pre-requisites have been complied before any change is to be implemented. Responsible for minimizing incidents resulting from changes and driving continuous service improvement within the domain. Change Management & Implementation Review : Manage end-to-end Change Management process in accordance with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices Review, assess and authorize Request for Change (RFCs) to ensure completeness and impact analysis. Facilitate internal Change Approval Committee (CAC), Emergency Change Approval Committee (eCAC), and Implementation Review (IR) meetings; and ensure that all preparations have been made, including creating of agenda, circulation of change requests to be considered and inviting of stakeholders. Conduct regular and effective communication to all stakeholders for any changes in the process. Identify possible risks and issues; provide recommendation and implement risk mitigation solution. Monitor and report on change metrics (success rates and failed changes) and identify opportunities for improvement. Change Deployment : Ensure source control requests are processed effectively and timely in adherence to change control procedures. Ensure application source codes and executable object files are moved from development / UAT environment to production environment during the development life cycle. Manage centralized filing for yearly review, update system document or any change in system configuration document. Process Governance : Define, maintain, and monitor Change Management process compliance, ensuring adherence to established process standards, policies, and procedures, while proactively identifying areas of deviation or risk. Lead initiatives to enhance process maturity and drive continuous improvement, fostering a culture of operational excellence. Facilitate regular process reviews and audits to evaluate effectiveness, identify gaps, and ensure efficiency across all governed processes. We are looking for people who Minimum 5 years of working experience in providing IT services. Well-verse with ITIL IT Service Management or equivalent concept. Working experience / knowledge in digitalization and automation of application deployment process / Workflow. Strong analytical skills and able to pay close attention to complex detail, able to work well under fast-paced environment. Good command of spoken and written in English. Familiar with Wintel, AS400 and UNIX operating systems will be added advantage. ITIL Certification would be added advantage. Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
