Responsibilities
Respond to employee inquiries through the ServiceNow case management system or other communication tools, delivering prompt and accurate support.
Utilize the HR knowledge base and conduct research to resolve employee requests efficiently and improve first contact resolution.
Maintain accurate company and employee records in HR systems such as Workday or SAP.
Facilitate key HR processes including new hire, rehire, conversion, and separation activities.
Administer updates to employee personal records, compensation changes, and benefits adjustments.
Support and process personnel transactions and organizational updates.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal HR policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience working with SAP or Workday (Core HCM) systems.
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (required).
High attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
