Für unseren Standort Berlin-Neukölln suchen wir ab sofort eine Standortleitung (m / w / d).

Ihre Aufgaben

Entwicklung von neuen zukunftsorientierten Bildungskonzepten und deren Umsetzung
Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte in den Bereichen von SGB II und III
Pflege und Ausbau der Kontakte zu den Arbeitsagenturen, Jobcentern und der Wirtschaft
Übernahme der unternehmerischen Verantwortung im Rahmen der Gesamtstrategie einschließlich Personal- und Budgetverantwortung
Mitarbeiterführung

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene (kaufmännische) Berufsausbildung / Hochschulstudium

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Bildung von Jugendlichen und / oder Erwachsenen

Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter / innen

Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Förderinstrumenten SGB II und SGB III

Ihre Stärken

Freude an der Entwicklung neuer Produkte und deren Vermarktung

Führungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit zur Motivation der Mitarbeiter / innen

Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Mitarbeiter / innen, Kund / innen, Partnern und Auftraggebern

Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Verantwortliches, selbständiges und teamorientiertes Arbeiten

Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Eigendynamik
