Job description
Manage and monitor employee attendance records and related documentation.
Oversee office supplies management, including stock monitoring and replenishment.
Provide support for meetings and company events, including scheduling, logistics, and minutes taking.
Facilitate internal coordination across departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Handle daily procurement tasks and assist with process approvals in line with company policies.
Manage office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist in maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases.
Support HR and finance functions (e.g., attendance records, expense claims, simple bookkeeping).
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in Mandarin & English is required
1–3 years of relevant work experience in administration or office support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and team spirit.
