About the role

Join us as a HR Admin Executive — play a key role in supporting our employees, ensuring smooth operations, and shaping a positive workplace culture

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the full employee lifecycle — from hiring to exit — including onboarding, record-keeping, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality (P&C).
  • Process HR documents such as contracts, payroll details, promotions, resignations, and leave requests.
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Carry out staff confirmations, annual appraisals, and periodic performance reviews.
  • Manage employee conflicts, provide counselling, and support disciplinary matters when needed.
  • Prepare HR reports such as overtime, headcount, payroll, yearly bonus, and salary reviews.
  • Help plan HR events, training, and team-building activities.
  • Liaise with recruitment firms or agents to advertise vacancies.
  • Suggest and support improvements to HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Assist with general office administration and maintain smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR / admin role.
  • Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with staff at all levels.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Must uphold company confidentiality (P&C) at all times.
