Job descriptionInspect materials for defects, damage, or non-conformance with specifications. Ensure proper labeling and segregation of different lumber and plywood types. Report quality issues promptly to the supervisor or quality assurance team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to ongoing safety initiatives. Prepare and stage materials for internal use or customer delivery. Collaborate with the production team to meet material requirements efficiently. Assist in loading / unloading trucks and ensuring timely dispatch of orders. Certificate or Higher Proven experience in lumber handling, strongly knowledge of lumber types, defects & etc. Strong knowledge of lumber types, defect & etc. With at least 3 years and above working experienced
Responsibilities :
Material Handling & Inventory :
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming lumber and plywood deliveries.
- Organize and store materials according to size, type, and grade.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts.
- Monitor stock levels and notify planner when replenishment is needed.
