Job descriptionCertificate in electrical and mechanical engineering LV chargeman or PW wireman certificate 1-year experience and exposure to office building
Support the organization within every area facilities maintenance towards shopping mall business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of building electrical and mechanical system; HVAC & chiller system : FCU, lightings, wiring, escalator, lift, kitchen system, firefighting system, CMMS, BMS.
- Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Electrical safety awareness / prevention.
- Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work.
