Base pay range

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Kuala Lumpur market, focusing on Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction with Zoomlion's products and services.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to the sales team.
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Zoomlion's construction and agricultural machinery.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote Zoomlion's products and services.

Job Requirements

Diploma in any field.

Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (Shah Alam).

Willingness to travel within Kuala Lumpur and potentially other areas as required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn about the construction and agricultural machinery industry.

Ability to understand and explain technical product details.
