Overview
To plan and implement new product launches or organize product exhibitions as necessary. To analyze sales results, market share and brand profits and adjust plans where required. To initiate product improvements based on customer requirements and competitor actions. To plan and organize suitable sales campaigns, promotional items, or incentives for customers. To conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs. To negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections. To prepare and deliver presentations on products / services. To develop business opportunities and nurture relationships with architects, consultants and developers. To source and provide new potential project information in the market. To handle customer enquiries and provide timely and accurate analyses and reports for decision making. To perform other duties as required by Management.
