Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and grow our newest initiative — NXKlub , a marketing hub that connects and promotes our ecosystem of brands including NX Market, DatoDurian, BTCWhiskey, and Upredict .
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind NXKlub’s digital presence and brand voice. You’ll develop strategies, create content, and collaborate closely with our creative team (designers, videographers, and in-house influencers) to build community engagement and brand trust across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute NXKlub’s marketing strategy to position it as the central brand aggregator for our ecosystem.
- Plan and implement cross‑channel campaigns that promote NX Market, DatoDurian, BTCWhiskey, and Upredict through NXKlub.
- Align all marketing initiatives with company objectives and audience growth goals.
Content & Community Management
Lead ideation, planning, and execution of content across platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.Create engaging, high‑quality content that represents each brand’s identity while maintaining a unified NXKlub tone.Manage and grow online communities — engage in conversations, respond to inquiries, and strengthen brand loyalty.Analytics & Optimization
Track performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and refine content strategies for better reach and engagement.Conduct A / B tests and implement data‑driven improvements.Trendspotting & Innovation
Stay ahead of digital, cultural, and Web3 trends to keep NXKlub content fresh, relevant, and innovative.Experiment with new content formats, memes, and storytelling approaches.Partnerships & KOL Management
Plan and coordinate collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media partners.Manage campaign timelines and deliverables across all social channels.Who You Are
4+ years of experience managing social media or marketing for tech, fintech, or Web3 brands.Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or emerging digital trends is a strong plus.Exceptional writing and communication skills — creative, conversational, and consistent.Proven experience in leading creative teams and delivering high‑impact campaigns.Strong analytical mindset and results‑driven approach.Self‑starter with initiative, ownership, and a passion for experimentation and growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
