Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd seeks an Admin Assistant to coordinate fleet vehicle requests, manage orders, and support fleet administration at Perodua Sentral, Petaling Jaya.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Coordinate Fleet Vehicles requests from all Perodua Outlets
- Handle vehicle ordering from production and adjust based on actual demand
- Allocate vehicles to Perodua Outlets and monitor Fleet stock levels
- Prepare payment vouchers for Fleet Department
- Handle documentation and processes related to Spanco, BSN, and other major Fleet customers (Allocation, Registration, Invoicing, Delivery, Payment, etc.)
- Collect and update payment records for major Fleet customers
- Assist in preparation of monthly Fleet reports and department budget
- Perform general Fleet administration tasks including filing and audit documentation
- Support internal and SHE-Q audit preparation
- Assist in any other administrative tasks assigned by the Department
About You
