Overview
We are seeking an experienced and organised Admin Assistant to join the team at Glory Blitz Industries Sdn Bhd in our Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and arrange appointments for senior leadership
- Coordinate and process invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases and other records
- Undertake general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence and ordering supplies
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced office environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisationExcellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detailProficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to prioritise workload, multitask and adapt to changing prioritiesProactive, resourceful and committed to providing a high level of administrative supportWhat we offer
