Responsibilities

• Based on the company’s development strategy and business requirements, promote the implementation of the company’s employee relations management system and goals.
• Employee discipline management – assist the department in regulating and standardizing employee behavior, guiding employees to abide by the company’s various rules and regulations, labour discipline, and enhancing the organisational discipline of employees.
• Improve employee satisfaction and work enthusiasm, and build harmonious labour relations.
• Maintain the company’s brand image and ensure the effective implementation of the company’s strategies and goals.
• Assist with other matters related to HR.
