Manage relationships with key accounts including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and large retail chains.
Execute sales plans and promotional activities to maximize product visibility and sales.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance, assess opportunities, and gather competitor insights.
Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and maximizing profitability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement in-store promotions and campaigns.
Requirements
Min. SPM or above.
Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in sales within modern trade channels.
Strong understanding of FMCG / retail market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, planning, and reporting.
Highly motivated, detail, focus, responsible and target driven.
