Senior Executive Procurement (Contract Management)
Reporting to : Manager
PRICINPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
To support effective contract lifecycle management by assisting in contract review, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance, monitoring vendor performance against contractual obligations, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive value realization and continuous improvement in supplier relationships.

Contract Management
Maintain and update contract repository, records, and trackers in e-Procurement system.Assist in drafting contracts, extensions, and amendments.Coordinate approvals and contract signing process.Monitor supplier compliance with basic contract terms and elevate issues.Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.Prepare reports on contract status, expiries, and compliance.Support audits and provide contract data when required.Contribute to process improvements and build knowledge in contract management.Perform and identify opportunities for which strategic sourcing strategies may be undertaken. (S)Conduct the development, establishment, monitoring, and continuous review of the group wide price agreement (GWPA) (S)Conduct research for a new source of supply continuously to provide a wider choice of potential vendors to the group of companies (S)Qualification :
Degree holder in Business, Law, Supply Chain or related fieldsDesired Professional / Exposure of Experience
Years of experience : 1-2 yearsGood knowledge of : Degree holder in Business, Law, Supply Chain or related fields & basic procurement foundationContract Knowledge – Basic understanding of contract terms, conditions, and compliance requirements.Procurement & Vendor Management – Familiarity with sourcing processes, contract lifecycle, and supplier evaluation.Data & Reporting – Ability to prepare trackers, compliance reports, and vendor performance scorecards.Systems Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to ERP / contract management systems is a plus.Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in contract reviews, documentation, and reporting.Analytical Thinking – Able to identify discrepancies, risks, or performance gaps.Communication Skills – Clear in writing (contracts, reports) and verbal coordination with vendors and stakeholders.Organization & Time Management – Can manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and renewal timelines.Accountability – Takes ownership of assigned tasks and follows through to completion.Collaboration – Works effectively with procurement, legal, finance, and operations teams.Integrity & Compliance Mindset – Upholds ethical standards and ensures adherence to policies.Learning Agility – Willing to continuously learn about contract practices, systems, and industry-specific requirements.Seniority level
