Senior SEA Technical Recruiter @ RiDiK / CLPS

Job Summary :

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle account & pricing configuration, merchant onboarding, and workflow optimization. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience (payment / tech industry preferred), and strong communication / problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English & Mandarin, office software, and basic JSON / data analysis is a plus. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive merchant success.

Responsibilities

  • Account configuration, including feature enablement and capability adjustment.
  • Pricing configuration, including customized pricing setup.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners for new merchant onboarding, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize the workflow.

Qualifications

  • Related working experience in the payment industry or internet company.
  • Ability to rapidly understand new products and demonstrate adaptive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Office software skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (documents / materials are in Chinese; there are regular meetings with the China team, hence Chinese reading and speaking is required).
  • Basic knowledge of JSON; data analysis would be a strong plus.
