Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Recommend and promote company products and services to customers, collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Perform after‑sales service to ensure customer satisfaction, develop brand loyalty, and generate repeat orders.
• Carry out mail shots for marketing activities.
• Prepare sales quotations.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc office duties assigned by superior whenever required.
